Use cases
Concrete setups. Real scenarios.
No two events are the same – but four types cover almost everything. For each scenario you can see which kit we bring, what the team looks like and what you get out of it.
Example 1 · Getting started
A match on Saturday evening.
The club wants to stream its league fixture – without turning committee members into part-time technicians. We arrive with a boot-of-the-car setup, go live in 45 minutes and are gone before you have cleared the changing rooms.
-
1–2 remote-controlled PTZ camerasone wide shot, one close-up – switched from the gallery at the touchline
-
Scoreboard & instant replaythe score as an on-screen graphic, the move of the match in slow motion
-
Internet via bondingno Wi-Fi at the pitch? We bond mobile signals and donated phone connections
-
Stream + recordinglive on YouTube or Facebook, then the video file is yours to keep
Fans, family and supporters abroad watch live – the club becomes visible without anyone on the board getting technical homework. The most affordable entry into professional streaming.
Example 2 · The major tournament
Tournament day with a social media fireworks display.
This is our main focus at full scale – like the major flag football tournaments we have covered: several pitches in parallel, plus social media coverage that fills the tournament evening.
-
4–9 pitches streamed in parallela PTZ camera per pitch, one broadcast camera for the top game, a central highlights gallery
-
Scoreboards per pitch + replaysthe same TV look everywhere, slow-motion replays of the best moments in the highlights programme
-
Social media coverageresults and stories on match day, vertical highlight clips while the tournament is still running
-
Sponsor packagelogo overlays in the stream, sponsor boards between matches, reporting for partners
-
Commentary DE & EN, remotevoices dialled in from the home studio – no travel costs
The tournament becomes a media event: teams sign up because of the broadcast, sponsors pay for visible placements, and the clip mix feeds your channels for weeks afterwards. Exactly the combination we grew up with.
Example 3 · Stage & wall
Concert with an LED wall in real time.
The hall is sold out and half the audience stands far back. We deliver the live image onto the LED wall – lip-synced thanks to NDI – and stream the same programme to YouTube in parallel.
-
3–5 cameras under live directionwide shot, artist perspective, audience – cut for the wall
-
Under 50 ms to the wallpicture and sound feel like one moment, not a repeat
-
Intros & sponsor clipsintros and partner clips between songs, inserted straight from the gallery
Row 40 sees the singer's face – and the stream makes the concert accessible far beyond the region. Two results, one setup, one team.
Example 4 · Business & associations
Hybrid congress across two halls.
Plenary session in the main hall in the morning, three workshop rooms in the afternoon – and half the participants are remote. We cover everything in parallel and deliver the archive ready sorted.
-
Discreet PTZ sets in every roomno camera operator in shot, no distracted attendees
-
Remote speakers dialled ina keynote from abroad in broadcast quality on screen and in the stream
-
Slides & camera combinedcleanly cut picture-in-picture, with several rooms at once if required
-
Recording per talkstored in a structured way for intranets and learning platforms
The event's reach multiplies, and after the congress you are left with a ready-made video library archive – without your team touching a single cable.
