Concerts & festivals

IMAG & LED walls
Even row 40 should see the performer's face on stage. We put the live camera picture on LED walls, projection screens or monitor walls – thanks to NDI with less than 50 milliseconds of delay, in sync with the sound in the room.
What is IMAG?
IMAG stands for Image Magnification – enlarging what happens on stage onto big screens. The difference to streaming: here the audience sits in the room and compares screen and stage directly. Any delay is instantly noticeable. That is exactly why latency is the ultimate discipline in IMAG.
IMAG is what you know from big concerts: screens next to or behind the stage show the band up close. Without them, half the audience sees nothing but distant silhouettes.
The number that matters
When the guitarist strikes a chord, the wall has to show it that very moment. Classic streaming chains take seconds – useless for IMAG. Our NDI chain stays within a few frames.
Latency is the difference between a live picture and a replay.
Latency is the time the picture needs from the camera to the wall. If it is too high, the audience sees the movement on the wall later than on stage – instantly irritating, like a badly dubbed film. Because NDI keeps everything on the local network with no detour via the internet, we stay under 50 ms.
Where we use it
The band up large on the wall, camera picture lip-synced to the stage sound.
Score, replays and close-ups on the scoreboard – proper stadium atmosphere.
Awards, speeches or shows: every table sees the stage from the front row.
Spread the stage programme across booth walls or side rooms – without cable chaos.
Tell us your stage dimensions, wall technology and running order – we supply cameras, directing and the signal. With a livestream from the same production if you wish.
